1.1 Veri Silme, Hesap Kaldırma ve Kullanıcı Hakları
"Bunu Biliyor muydunuz?" uygulaması olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine ve verilerin unutulma hakkına (Right to be Forgotten) saygı duyuyoruz. Eğer uygulamamızda kayıtlı bir hesabınız varsa, kişisel verilerinizin kalıcı olarak silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz.
A. Veri Silme Talebi Nasıl Oluşturulur?
Kullanıcılarımız hesaplarını ve ilişkili verilerini silmek için aşağıdaki iki yöntemden birini kullanabilirler:
Uygulama İçinden (Varsa): Uygulama içerisinde Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabımı Sil adımlarını takip ederek otomatik silme işlemini başlatabilirsiniz.
E-posta Yoluyla: Eğer uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa veya manuel işlem talep ediyorsanız:

İçerik: Silinmesini istediğiniz hesabın kayıtlı e-posta adresini veya kullanıcı adını belirtiniz. Güvenlik nedeniyle, talebin hesap sahibinden geldiğini doğrulamak adına ek bilgi (örn: son giriş tarihi) istenebilir.
B. Silme İşleminin Kapsamı ve Süreci
Talebiniz bize ulaştıktan sonra aşağıdaki prosedür uygulanır:
Süre: Yasal düzenlemeler gereği talebiniz en geç 30 gün içerisinde işleme alınır ve tamamlanır.
Silinen Veriler: Kimlik bilgileriniz, profil fotoğrafınız, uygulama içi tercihleriniz ve iletişim bilgileriniz sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.
Saklanan Veriler: Yasal zorunluluklar (örn: fatura kayıtları, dolandırıcılıkla mücadele kayıtları) gereği tutulması gereken veriler, anonimleştirilerek yasal saklama süresi boyunca muhafaza edilebilir.
Geri Dönülemezlik: Hesabınız silindikten sonra bu işlem geri alınamaz ve eski verilerinize (favoriler, geçmiş vb.) tekrar erişim sağlanamaz.

1.2 Data Deletion, Account Removal, and User Rights
As the "Bunu Biliyor muydunuz?" application, we respect our users' privacy and the "Right to be Forgotten." If you have a registered account regarding our services, you have the full right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data.
A. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data through one of the following methods:
In-App Deletion (If applicable): You can initiate the automated deletion process by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete My Account within the application.
Via E-mail: If you cannot access the application or prefer a manual request:

Content: Please specify the registered e-mail address or username of the account you wish to delete. For security purposes, we may request additional proof to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
B. Scope and Process of Deletion
Once your request is received, the following procedure applies:
Timeframe: In compliance with legal regulations, your request will be processed and completed within 30 days.
Deleted Data: Your identity information, profile photos, in-app preferences, and contact details will be permanently removed from our active servers.
Retained Data: Data that must be kept for legal obligations (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention logs) may be retained in an anonymized format for the legally required period.
Irreversibility: Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you will not be able to recover your account history, favorites, or saved data.
